If an engine has performance or any leakage problems then replacement is provided. Refunds are only authorized if the replacement is not available. All returned and cancelled orders are subject to 25% handling and restocking fees. A customer has to bear the shipping cost unless a replacement is sanctioned by us during the warranty period. We authorize the return and exchanged order only when it is received in the same assembled condition as it was originally shipped to the customer.
