Refund Policy

We at JD Sport Motors want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a used engine or transmission from us. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee their performance. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure the item is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item has been tampered with or altered in any way.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return being approved. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Warranty: All used engines and transmissions sold by JD Sport Motors come with a warranty period of 30-60 Days. If you experience any issues with the product during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to diagnose the problem and provide a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty only covers parts warranty, it doesn’t cover the labour.

PS: In case of cancellation under any circumstance there will be a 30% restocking fee.

Exclusions: The following situations are not eligible for a refund or return:

• Items that have been modified or altered in any way
• Items that have been installed or used
• Items that have been damaged due to improper installation or use
• Items that have been damaged during shipping (please file a claim with the shipping carrier)
